You must be between the age of 21 and 39.You need to fill out an application form providing us with your name, address, phone numbers, date of birth, and social security number or drivers license number.You must pay membership dues. These dues entitle you to twelve months of membership and can be paid by check or cash, or we can arrange a payment plan for you.
